In any organization, the workforce is one of the essential principles and criteria of that organization. All should not forget that all organizations without the use of human resources are meaningless and unreliable, and the philosophy of the existence of many organizations without human resources is endangered .In this article, we have tried to introduce ergonomics and its importance in providing solutions to improve the ergonomics of employees in offices.
