Investigating the Impact of Integrated Strategic Management on the Growth of Firms in the Tehran Stock Exchange

The present research aimed to investigate the effect of integrated strategic management on developing firms in Tehran stock exchange. The population included all senior managers and expert employees of stock firms (whose stock growth information is available in the last year). In the current years, the population introduced ۴۸۸ stock firms which were accepted in the stock exchange in ۱۹۹۵ according to financial statements published by the stock exchange and based on the available information. Based on Morgan table, the number of sample members of the sample size for the population of ۴۸۸ is ۲۱۴. The results indicated that human capital, human resource management, strategy, innovation, and organizational capabilities influence the dimensions of integrated strategic management on firm growth in the stock exchange, among which the components of organizational skills play the most influential role.
