Abstract:

توسعه تامین ­کننده یک نوع همکاری بین شرکت های تولیدکننده و تامین­ کننده است. پس از آگاهی تولیدکننده از وضعیت تامین­ کنندگان خود براساس معیارهای مرتبط با توسعه تامین­ کننده، لازم است که فعالیت هایی مناسب برای توسعه تامین­ کننده ارائه و اجرا شوند. در این مقاله، با استفاده از روش فراترکیب، ابتدا ۱۰۲ مطالعه از ۱۳۶ مطالعه یافت شده، انتخاب و سپس متون آن ها با نرم افزار اطلس تی آیی، کدگذاری شده است، در پایان ۳۹ مفهوم برای فعالیت ها شناسایی و در چهار مقوله ملموس، ناملموس، روابط و محیطی و دو بعد درونی و بیرونی طبقه ­بندی شدند. قابل ذکر است که بیش از ۹۳ درصد فعالیت های شناسایی شده، توسط مطالعات مربوط به صنعت خودرو نیز معرفی شده ­اند. برای بررسی روایی و پایایی فعالیت های شناسایی شده بترتیب از مثلث ­بندی منابع داده و پژوهشگر و ضریب کاپا استفاده شده است. براساس نظر خبرگان صنعت خودرو و محاسبه ضریب روایی محتوا و شاخص روایی محتوا، ۱۲ فعالیت حذف و با اعمال تغییرات مورد نظر خبرگان در فعالیت ها، ۲۷ فعالیت برای توسعه تامین­ کننده در صنعت خودرو نهایی شدند. جامع بودن فعالیت های شناسایی شده در این مقاله، می­ تواند برای پژوهشگران این حوزه در صنایع مختلف و به ویژه صنعت خودروسازی مفید واقع شود.
