Abstract:

set of random media was prepared based on mixing the rhodamine B dye at a fixed concentration (۱۰-۵ M) with a silver (Ag) nanosphere of different sizes, which was prepared by the method of laser ablation. The host medium was deionized water. It has been observed that the Ag nanospheres with their different sizes, affecting the performance of the random laser. It was also seen that the number of spikes depend on the size of nanosphere. The quality factor (Q) and the lifetime of the photon residence in random medium were also examined under the effect of the size nanoparticles
