Abstract:
Nanostructured materials exhibit unique physical and chemical properties and they provide new opportunities to create new, high-performance ingredients that have fundamental effects on food production, packaging, storage and quality control. Nanotechnology is used in the food industry in the fields of food processing, packaging and health. This study is a short review on development of nanotechnology in food science
