Abstract:
In the present research, KTP nanocrystals have been synthesized by co-precipitation method using oxalic acid as capping agent. The effect of reaction solution preparation method on size and structural properties of KTP nanocrystals was studied. Obtained nanoparticles were studied by XRD and FT-IR analyses. Studies showed smallest grain size (۴۹.۵) and lowest lattice strains (۰.۰۰۰۲) were obtained using powder form of oxalic acid
