Abstract:

زمینه و هدف: کیفیت هوا و توزیع عناصر کمیاب در کلانشهر تهران با استفاده از فراکاشت گلسنگ اپی­فیت Ramalina sinensis مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. روش بررسی: تال گلسنگ  R. sinensis از منطقه غیرآلوده جمع آوری و به مدت شش ماه در شش سایت شهری تهران فراکاشت شد. بعد از پایان دوره مواجهه، محتوای ۱۲ عنصر در گلسنگ با آنالیز ICP-MS تعیین شد و داده ­های حاصل با استفاده از آنالیزهای آماری و شاخص ­های مختلف مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافته ­ها: براساس نتایج، ترتیب میانگین غلظت عناصر در نمونه گلسنگ R. sinensis به صورت Coانباشت زیستی مربوط به عناصر ضروری یافت شد. برای برخی عناصر اختلاف معنی ­دار آماری بین سایت ­های مختلف شهری مشاهده شد. براساس شاخص بار آلودگی (PLI) نیز دو سایت دانشگاه شریف و ستاد بحران دارای آلودگی بیشتری نسبت به سایر مناطق بودند. مقادیر نسبت مواجهه به کنترل (EC) نیز برای عناصر Pb، Zn، Cr، Fe، Mn، Ni، Mg و Co در محدوده نسبت ۱/۷۵-۱/۲۵ یافت شد. براساس فاکتور تجمع نسبی (RAF)، توان انباشت عناصر توسط گلسنگ R. sinensis به ترتیب Na>Cr>Cu>Fe>Mg>Ni>Zn>Mn>Co>Pb>Ca>K مشاهده شد که بیانگر توانایی قابل توجه این گونه در انباشت عناصر Na، Cr، Cu و Fe است. آنالیز PCA و EF نیز نشان داد که منشا عناصر کمیاب جذب شده توسط گلسنگ به طور عمده از منابع وسایل نقلیه هستند. نتیجه ­گیری: این مطالعه کاربرد و اهمیت استفاده از گلسنگ R. sinensis در پایش زیستی عناصر آلاینده هوا در مناطق شهری را نشان می­ دهد، که این رویکرد می­ تواند جایگزینی مناسب، دقیق و مقرون به صرفه بودن گلسنگ نسبت به سایر پایشگرهای زیستی برای آلاینده ­های هوا و تعیین سطوح مختلف آلودگی هوا را در مقیاس بزرگ ارائه دهد.
