Abstract:

زمینه و هدف: اختلال نافرمانی مقابله ­ای یکی از شایع ­ترین اختلال ­های رفتاری مخرب است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی آموزشهای همدلی و مدیریت خشم بر شناخت اجتماعی و علائم اختلال دانش ­آموزان مبتلا به اختلال نافرمانی مقابلهای انجام شد. روش: طرح پژوهش آزمایشی و از نوع پیش ­آزمون - پس­ آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. نمونه ­ای به حجم ۵۴ نفر از میان دانشآموزان پسر پایههای هفتم و هشتم مبتلا به اختلال نافرمانی مقابلهای شهر ساری در سال تحصیلی ۹۴-۱۳۹۳ به روش تصادفی خوشه­ ای چندمرحله ­ای انتخاب و به روش تصادفی در سه گروه (دو گروه آزمایشی و و یک گروه کنترل) جای دهی شدند. جهت جمع ­آوری داده ­ها از مقیاس درجهبندی اختلال نافرمانی مقابلهای دانش ­آموزان (هومرسن و همکاران، ۲۰۰۶)، مصاحبه بالینی ساختاریافته (فرست و همکاران، ۱۹۹۵)، و داستان های اجتماعی (تورکاسپا و برایان، ۱۹۹۴) استفاده شد. برای گروه­ های آزمایشی، آموزش همدلی و آموزش مدیریت خشم در ۸ جلسه ۶۰ دقیقه ای برگزار شد در حالی که گروه­ کنترل هیچ­گونه مداخله ای را دریافت نکردند. یافته ­ها: نتایج آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس یک­­ متغیری و چندمتغیری حاکی از اثربخشی روش­ های آموزشی همدلی و مدیریت خشم بر  نمره کل و مولفه­ های شناخت اجتماعی بود. تفاضل میانگین تعدیل­ شده گروه­ های آموزش همدلی و مدیریت خشم  نشان داد آموزش همدلی در مقایسه با آموزش مدیریت خشم با اطمینان ۹۵ درصد سهم بیشتری در افزایش شناخت اجتماعی مرحله دوم و پنجم دارد. همچنین نتیجهآزمون تحلیل کوواریانس یک ­متغیری نشان داد دو روش آموزشی همدلی و مدیریت خشم بر  بهبود علائم اختلال اثربخش است. مقایسه تفاضل میانگین ­ها نشان داد بین مقادیر میانگین تعدیل­ شده دو گروه­ در بهبود علائم اختلال تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد. نتیجه ­گیری: بکارگیری آموزش ­های همدلی و مدیریت خشم در کنار دوره­ های آموزش تحصیلی برای دانش آموزان مبتلا به اختلال نافرمانی مقابله­ ای می­ تواند از بروز، تشدید و تبدیل علائم اختلال نافرمانی مقابله ­ای به سایر اختلال­ ها پیشگیری کند.
