On Some Properties of Circulant Matrix Involving Special Hybrid Sequence

Circulant matrices have the important role in the fieldof mathematical computation specially in image processing,neural network and similar fields in computer and engineeringsciences. In this paper firstly, the Van Der Laan hybrid sequenceis introduced. Binet-like-formula and some identities related tothis sequence are obtained. Also, we propose some interestingproperties of Van Der Laan hybrid sequence. Then we introducea new class of circulant matrix, involving Van Der Laan Hybridsequence. We represent some results about the eigenvalues anddeterminant of this kind of circulant matrix.
