Exports play an important role in the economic stability of the country and various fields, it causes a significant change and also increases the trade and production balance and also creates employment, which are the most important parameters of development. This research focuses on the paintbrush product. It is necessary to improve the quality level of this product and with exports, producers can gain a good share of the market of other countries. Building painters use special tools to paint the building. One of the most important of these tools is the paintbrush. Different companies produce this product. The relationship between the manufacturer and the customer is important. This research has been done in one of the companies that produce painting brushes in Iran. In this research, the customer requirements (CRs) and design specifications (DSs) for the production of painting brushes are investigated. Research data and information were obtained using the opinions of company experts and customers. The QFD method was used to conduct this research. First, a list of DSs and CRs is collected. After performing the calculations, the absolute weight of the DSs and CRs is determined. According to the research results, the company's experts can make the correct and appropriate planning to meet the customer's needs to meet the customers' needs. Customers also support the company's products with more confidence after realizing that the company has heard their voices.
