A comprehensive application review of BIM ۳Dmodels(Building/Project/Plant Information modeling) empowers with AR(Augemented Reality) and VR(Virtual Reality) technologies in Oil & Gas Industries is described in this Paper. BIM,AVR is one of the ۱۰ most promising technologies to improve productivity in Engineering &Construction,Startup of industrial project.Project case using of these Technologies BIM/AR/VR Models in an Oil field production development project of Iran(South Azadegan Oil field), has been presented. Color coding ۳D Modeling of Informations in an Oil & gas project is very effective visualized monitoring tools for Safety monitoring & Management during Design, construction, Commissioning,startup & Operations. Visualization has been described as time-lapse photographs, comprehensive but static visual images,Charts,Dashboard,and real-time rendering.
