مقایسه برخی از پارامترهای بیوشیمیایی و اسپرم شناختی فیل ماهی (Huso huso) و اوزون برون (Acipenser stellatus)

 This present resent study investigated sperm motility parameters (sperm motility duration and sperm motility percentage), spermatocrit, density of sperm and some biological factors such as sperm seminal plasma indices (ionic and organic composition) in ۷ beluga (Huso huso) and Starry sturgeon (Acipenser stellatus) broodstocks. Sperm mobility duration length, percentage of sperm mobility, spermatocrit, density of sperm was measured ۳۱۰±۳۰.۶۵ s, ۹۳.۱۱±۴.۳۱ %, ۲.۷۸±۰.۳۱ %, ۲.۷۶ × ۱۰۹±۰.۳۶, respectively in beluga and ۸۱±۲۳.۶۱ s, ۸۰.۶۳±۳.۲۷ %, ۲.۶۳±۰.۲۳ %, ۲.۴۰×۱۰۹±۰.۲۸, respectively in A. stellatus. The concentrations of Sodium (Na+), Potassium (K+), Calcium (Ca۲+) and Magnesium (Mg۲+) ions were determined ۹۶.۲۴±۸.۴۷, ۳.۳۴±۰.۴۰, ۸.۶۶±۰.۴۴ and ۱.۱۵±۰.۱۵ Mm L-۱, respectively in beluga and ۹۵.۳۳±۸.۴۰, ۴.۲۳±۰.۲۸, ۸.۴۳±۰.۴۷ and ۲.۳۹±۰.۲۴ Mm L-۱, respectively in. The concentrations of serum cholesterol and glucose were calculated ۱۲.۹۸±۶.۷۷ and ۳۲.۶۷±۲.۴۷ mg ml-۱, respectively in beluga and ۴۵.۶۸±۵.۷۸, ۳۰.۴۳±۰.۲۹ mg ml-۱ respectively in A. stellatus. In addition, seminal plasma of beluga and starry sturgeon were estimated ۱.۴۵±۰.۲۷ and ۱.۴۹±۰.۲۹ mg/dl protein, respectively. The results of study indicated that mobility during length, percentage of sperm mobility and magnesium values had significant difference between beluga and A.stellatus sturgeon. The quality and quantity of sperm in Huso huso are higher than that in Acipenser stellatus. In addition, the magnesium in Acipenser stellatus level was significantly increased compared to Huso huso, but no significant differences were observed between both species.
