تاثیر توام تراکم و استراتژی های مختلف تغذیه ای بر عملکرد رشد و شاخص های هماتولوژیک ماهی کوی (Cyprinus carpio var. Koi)

In the present study, the effect feeding strategy and density on growth and hematological parameters of Cyprinus carpio var. Koi with (mean initial weight ۳.۲۴ ± ۰.۲۷ g) (Mean ± Standard Error) for ۴۵ days was investigated.  For this purpose, ۶ treatments with triplicate groups included high density (۲۰ fish per tank) and satiation feeding, low density (۱۰ fish per tank) and satiation feeding, high density (۲۰ fish per tank) and ۵۰% satiation feeding, low density (۱۰ fish per tank) and ۵۰% satiation feeding (۱۰R), high density (۲۰ fish per tank) and starvation (۲۰S), Low density (۱۰ fish per tank) and starvation (۱۰S) were considered. Fish biometrics and measurement of growth and nutrition parameters were performed every ۱۵ days. At the end of the experiment, blood sampling was performed to measure blood parameters. The results showed that in the growth parameters of Koi fish with the combined application of nutritional strategy in different densities, significant effect on weight factors and fish status factor were observed (P <۰.۰۵). In growth parameters, C۲۰ and C۱۰ had higher values than other treatments. Also, by examining the results of fish blood analysis, there was a significant difference in the number of white blood cells, lymphocyte and neutrophil counts (P <۰.۰۵). The results of current research showed satiation feeding at high and low density had a positive effect on growth performance and hematological parameters of Koi fish.
