بررسی اثرات فلز سنگین روی بر برخی شاخص های فیزیولوژیک در بچه ماهیان فیتوفاگ (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix)پرورشی

In this study, in order to investigation of acute toxicity heavy metal Znic on blood parameters ofJuvenileof Silver carp (Hypophthalmicthys molitrix), a total of ۲۷۰ Juvenilefish with weight mean ۵۱.۶±۸.۱ gr and length mean ۱۷.۱±۲ cm were exposed to ۰, ۵ and ۱۰ mg/L of Zn (NO۳)۲ in Higher Educational Complex of Saravan during Desember ۲۰۱۷ to February ۲۰۱۸. Fish sampling was performed at ۱۲, ۲۴, ۴۸, ۷۲ and ۹۶ hours. The results show that, hematocrite (Hct) in treatments ۵ and ۱۰ mg/lit showed significant difference with control (p<۰.۰۵). But hemoglobin (Hb) levels showed no significant difference (p>۰.۰۵). The result of differential count of leukocyte showed significant difference in ۹۶ hrs (p<۰.۰۵). And these two treatments showed significant difference in white Blood Cells (WBC) with control. The number of red blood cells (RBC) showed significant difference in ۱۲ and ۹۶ hrs. These two treatments have shown a significant difference in number of red blood cells. Total protein in ۵ and ۱۰ treatments showed significant difference with control. The level of cholesterol in ۱۰ mg/L treatment showed significant difference with ۵ and control treatments (p<۰.۰۵). The level of albumin and triglyceride showed significant difference at ۳ treatments but level of glucose showed no significant difference (p>۰.۰۵). According to the results, blood parameters and biochemical factors are sensitive factors in monitoring the toxicity and the stress caused by zinc particularly in acute concentrations.
