In this paper, the independent variables, modifiable system variables to maximize the objective function, reactors input temperature and intensity of return hydrogen gas flow are investigated. The results show increasing the furnace temperature, adjusting the furnace damper, increasing the intensity of the return hydrogen gas flow rate, using a plate conversion can reduce the amount of benzene in the gasoline and unauthorized carbon compounds. It dropped ۰.۴ percent, is very important for the environment. Also, by performing the calibration process, the error rate can reduce less than ۳%, indicating the matching of unit data with the results is achieved.
