Introduction and goal; Today, by changing the lifestyle and increasing the intellectual concerns of people in different societies, it causes less attention to mental health and reduces the quality of life. Life skills training as an educational method can improve people's general health and quality of life. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of group life skills training on general health and quality of life. The purpose of writing this article is to study the quality of life and health environment.Research method; This study is a review and the achievement of the research goal has been done through CrossRef, Web of Science, EBSCOHost databases.findings; The study showed that conflict between work and family has affected the quality of life of individuals. This conflict arises from the overlap of work and family roles. Research also indicates a decrease in quality of life due to psychological concerns and a significant negative correlation between type of work and quality of life.Conclusion and discussion; The aim of this study was to study and collect information in the field of increasing quality, improving standards and improving the lifestyle of the general public.
