Abstract:

Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) is the result of applying the psychological principles of applied behavior analysis and the experimental analysis of behavior to promote worker safety and other benefits. In this study, we drive up to show the factors are influence on job satisfaction and can be effective in an organization and how this job satisfaction can be effective in the productivity and performance of employees. How we can make our employee more effective and empower in an organization, is another case that we are going to discus in this study. After that, we will show the different cases are led to a conflict in an organization and the effective of conflict on employee work’s life. Also we’ll investigate the different ways for solve the problems and conflicts in an organization
