خلاصه مقاله:
An economical and efficient ionic liquid assisted chemical method was demonstrated for the fabrication of BaCO3 nanostructures for the first time. The shape of these BaCO3 nanostructures could be readily controlled by changing chemical conditions and the amount of the chiral ionic liquid. CIL is regent and templating agent for the fabrication of BaCO3 nanostructures. It was demonstrated that CIL served as a modifiers in the reaction system. Further, the possible growth mechanism of the BaCO3 nanostructures was proposed. It was found that the reaction time and the amount of CIL influence the growth mechanism, the microwave absorbing properties BaCO3 nanostructures. The effect of different morphology of nanofillers on electromagnetic properties was investigated. To this aim microwave absorbing nanocomposite materials with different BaCO3 nanofibres content were prepared and tested. Epoxy resin was chosen as polymer matrix. The electromagnetic properties and absorption performance were evaluated by performing wave guide measurements in the X-band (8.0–12.0 GHz). BaCO3 nanofibres were selected as lossy media due to their peculiar electromagnetic properties. In fact, significant changes in composite complex permittivity can be obtained by adding small quantities of BaCO3 nanofibres to the matrix
