خلاصه مقاله:
Dynamically vulcanized thermoplastic elastomers based on NBR/PVC with single walled carbon -nanotube were prepared using a Brabender internal mixer. The effects of SWNT concentration were investigated on mechanical and morphological properties of dynamically vulcanized thermoplastic elastomer based on NBR/PVC. The SWNT content varied from 0, 0.5, 1 and 1.5 phr of NBR/PVC composites. The results of mechanical tests revealed that peak stress, modulus, elongation at break and hardness of NBR/PVC increased with increasing of SWNT concentration. The morphology of blends was examined with transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) of extracted surfaces of the blends. The results of TEM showed that SWNTs were homogeneously dispersed in NBR/PVC blends processed by dynamically vulcanized
