The primary objective of this study is to review the emerging applications of cold plasma technology in agricultural industries. In the last decade, the use of non-thermal plasma applications in farming and agriculture are swiftly increasing. Many articles are focused on this hot topic. In this review, we showed the effect of non-thermal plasma on growth enhancement rate and seed germination. Further, we will explain food processing and an overview of applications of non-thermal plasma in different areas of science and technology.
