Abstract:

Supplier selection is one of the most significant problems which has a growing concern with considering various metrics in addition to costs and expenses. The more potential a supplier has of human resource, process and environment, the greater competing chances it has in competitive circumstances. So, corporate social responsibility in supply chain is received more attention in researches. In this regard, this paper develops a bi-objective mixed integer programming model for supplier selection problem based on CSR criteria. Support of local society, environment and employers are considered in the model as CSR criteria. Best worst method is used to calculate the weight of CSR criteria to implement CSR objective. In this paper, to test the efficiency and effectiveness of the model, some test problems are designed and solved by epsilon constraint method. Results show that with considering CSR criteria in the supplier selection process, the higher the values of CSR metrics, the more costs of selecting a supplier increase.
