Abstract:
Knowledge Discovered from data mining can support e -businesses to improve decision-making level by our knowledge cultivating method. E-business has a significant impact on managers and academics. Despite the rhetoric surrounding e-business strategy formulation mechanisms, which support reasoning of the effect of strategic change activities to the maturity of the e-business models, are still emerging. This paper describes an attempt to build and operate such a reasoning mechanism as a novel supplement to Small and middle e-business strategy formulation exercises. Through design a model an intelligent knowledge management platform has been developed e- businesses are playing an increasingly important role, but their decision making process mostly relies on skilled employees which are usually inadequate. From the knowledge tree, we can find the problem solving map and guide the managers in e-business to take actions by scanning all possible paths.
