Abstract:

Recently, with increasing pollution of the environment and greenhouse gases, electricity industry politicians have focused on the economic and environmental performance of renewable energy sources and local distribution generators (LDGs) in planning issues. In this study, a dual-objective microgrid (MG) programming algorithm is presented considering both operational and economic costs. The proposed MG includes Combined Heat and Electricity (CHP), Boiler, Heat Storage, Solar Parking (SPL), LDG and is considered to be connected to the grid. Usage Time (TOU) based on the Demand Response Program (DRP) is used to modify the daily load curve and transfer consumption loads from peak times to other times. In order to solve such problems, constraint methods and fuzzy decision making are used. The proposed approach is written as complex integer linear programming (MILP) solved by the General Algebraic Modeling System (GAMS). The simulation results evaluate the efficiency of the proposed method in reducing both operating and environmental costs using DRP up to ۲% and ۱۲.۴۵%, respectively
