Effect of drug on osteosclerosis from optimal control point

In recent years, interest in the study of mathematical modeling has been increased to assist the analysis of diseases especially cancer. Cancer is one of the most progressive diseases in the world. The proliferation of cancer cells is called metastasis, often distributed in various organs of the body. One of the places where the metastasis is occured is bone. The purposes of mathematical modeling of cancer is determining how and structure of cancer cells growth and determination of appropriate control patterns for drug use. In this paper, the osteosclerosis mode, which actually exists to cause bone without reason, is studied in the dominant mathematical model and then the optimal control effect is expressed to prevent its progress. the proposed control model is solved and the results are simulated numerically.
