خلاصه مقاله:
In this paper a method has been proposed to reduce the standing phase angle (SPA) which is one of the most common problems during restoration process of power system. Rescheduling method of generation units has been used to prevent problems caused by excessive SPA. Also, the effect of thyristor-controlled series compensator (TCSC) which is one of the series type of flexible alternating current transmission systems (FACTS) devices has been investigated on minimizing deviation of active power generated by thermal units effectively. Particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm has been used to satisfy operational constraints and optimize objective function, which is the deviations of real power. Also, acceptable SPA limit has been added as a new constraint to the optimization problem. Effectiveness of the proposed method has been tested on IEE ۳۹-bus test system and the results are evaluated.
