Abstract:
In the present study, CMK-۱-Vitamin B (B۶ and B۱۲) nano-composite was fabricated as a stable food supplement with water and oil solubility was proposed. In the nano-supplements, vitamins B were encapsulated in the porous structure of carbon nano-porous structure. The nano-composite can be dissolved in water and oil, so it can be used in various food products. The synthesized nano-supplement, releases the vitamin only in an acidic environment (pH~۲). Therefore, the release of vitamins will take place in the acidic environment of the stomach. For the characterization of the synthesized nano-composite, various instrumentation methods were used. The TEM showed that the CMK-۱-Vitamin B nanoparticles was uniformly distributed throughout the encapsulated vitamins B. Fourier Transform Infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy confirms with the synthesized CMK-۱-Vitamin B. X-ray Diffractometry (XRD) pattern indicated that the structure of the MCM-۴۱ and CMK-۱-Vitamin B. These results suggested that the polyamide-۶-MCM-۴۱-SO۳H composite has higher performance as food supplement.
