Information about the samples is extracted from the integrated apple system and the data are entered into SPSS ۲۲ software after coding. Also a frequency index, frequency percentage, mean, standard deviation and Chi-square test are used to analyze the data. The mean and standard deviation of age was ۵۹+_۵.۴۱. ۲۵% of the samples had a positive fit test and ۷۵% had a negative test. Chi-square results showed a significant relationship between positive fit test and BMI variables, consumption of fruits, vegetables, dairy products, oil, salt, vitamin D, fast food, personal and family history, disease risk factor and disease symptoms (P <۰/۰۰۰۱). There was also no significant relationship between age, gender, dietary restriction and positive fit test. Conclusion: The results of the study showed that individual, family and nutritional factors such as low consumption of fruits, vegetables, as well as excessive consumption of salt, animal oil .. are risk factors for colorectal cancer.
