Abstract:

Introduction: the COVID-۱۹ pandemic has challenged the provision of routine health care, resulting in a temporary curtailment of many CRC screening programs. The aim of this study was to explore factors affecting colorectal cancer screening in COVID-۱۹ pandemic. The aim of this study was to explore factors affecting self-care from the viewpoint of women suffering from osteoporosis Methods: The present study is a qualitative research conducted using the content analysis. The participants were selected using purposive sampling method and considering the inclusion and exclusion criteria. After obtaining ethical approval, data were collected through semi-structured in-depth interview. All data were recorded, and MAXQDA software was used to manage the data. Data analysis was performed using GraneheimLundman method. Lincoln and Guba’s criteria were used to evaluate the trust worthiness of the data. Results: The main themes are barriers and facilitators .barriers subthemes included: COVID-۱۹ pandemic, Economic and Financial barriers to screening, Lack of adequate physical-human facilities, Disrupted communication between the health team and the client, Lack of awareness and knowledge. facilitators subthemes included: Adequate access and facilities for screening tests and follow-up care, provision of budget for screening tests, Provide appropriate conditions for screening tests, Improving communication and the level of awareness and knowledge of people, Promote Inter-sectoral Collaboration between the health system and other organizations. Conclusion: The participation in colorectal cancer screening related to barriers and facilitators factors. Attention to barriers and facilitators factors is Necessary to Increase Involvement in Colorectal Cancer Screening during the COVID-۱۹ pandemic.
