A Report Based on a GIS Project

This paper is a brief report based on ۲۵ years of working experience of a Geospatial expert in GIS. Thepaper explains the process of spatial data acquisition, capturing, analysis, manipulation, storing in adatabase, and providing data for users that are a routine job for a GIS department. The main aspect ofthis paper is to bring the readers inside a GIS department workplace with giving the real examples andexplains how the spatial data and their attributes will be processed in a GIS department. Another aspectof this paper is to fill the gap between the research and the implementation with providing realexamples
