One of the most important sources of electrical energy in the industry of power plant is gas turbine, but the performance of gas turbine depends heavily on air condition.With increasing temperature and high, efficiency and output power gas turbine power and combined cycle fell sharply. Because producing energy by turbines is a constantvolumeprocess and with increasing environment temperature, specific gravity of air reduce and also mass flow through the turbine decreases, the output power of turbinewill decrease. To reduce the effect of high temperature on output power of the turbine, there areseveral ways. The most important ones are: Evaporative cooling systems, refrigerated cooling system (chiller) and cold storage systems. By considering this point that thewarm regions of Iran have moist air and the relative moist of air in the early morning and dusk is the highest and in the middle of the day is the lowest, this paper study Fagcooling system of the evaporative cooling systems family that have more advantagesand less disadvantages compared to other cases
