The Corona Virus, a deadly and infectious disease, also known as Covid ۱۹, has had a severe impact on organizations around the world, including academic institutions and education systems. The outbreak of the pandemic has forced many schools and colleges to close temporarily. Some regions around the world have been affected, and the entire last academic year and the current semester or more is expected to be lost in the near future. Various schools, colleges and universities stopped in-person teaching and started distance e-leaning. The barrier to reopening schools around the world is now gone, giving some priority to the vaccination of teachers and students. Although schools are reopening across the world, there are fears about a change in the nature of general education, from face-to-face to distance education. This paper aims to emphasize the need to return to general education as soon as possible. Though e-learning has many advantages, it will impact learning quality negatively. This paper is descriptive research and tries to understand the challenges of online education in terms of quality of learning in the period of pandemics. The findings suggest that since a teacher at the heart of education recovery, reopening the schools is no more a choice, it is essential. The necessity of reopening the school is because the continuation of e-learning hampers the quality of learning and effectiveness of education.
