Now that information and communication technology has penetrated into all aspects of human life, the type of citizen's expectation and perception of the organization and its capabilities has not only increased, but also the level of receiving information and exchanging it towards mechanization. goes. Therefore, the need for a comprehensive intelligent sports system for organizations that are in charge of urban management is essential. The purpose of presenting the model of intelligent sports management system of Shiraz metropolitan municipality in order to realize the smart city and mechanize the sports processes of this metropolis. Valuable achievements of this intelligent system include transparency, integration of information, creation of classified statistics, increase of municipal revenue, standardization in providing sports services, attention to human capital and targeting the development of sports and community health, preventing unnecessary travel.
