Mallard city Development Strategy Analysis In the sustainable development framework

In recent years, the city Development Strategy (CDS), with the aim of reducing poverty,sustainable development and promoting participation and urban good governance, hasalso attracted the attention of many urban experts in Iran. It is clear that without using new city development strategies and using old methods and policies, the problems of our country's cities can not be solved. The aim of this study; Assessing and recognizing the current situation of Mallard city according to the indicators (CDS) and presentingeffective strategies for the sustainable development of this city. Type of the present study is Descriptive-analytical and in purpose aspect; is Application based on quantitative and qualitative methods. The statistical population of this study includes two groups of citizens and officials of Mallard. The sample size required to complete the questionnaire of ۳۸۰ citizens was randomly completed in all areas of the city and the second group questionnaire was completed using the opinions of ۵۰ Mallard officials and managers in a purposeful manner. Then, by adjusting internal and external factors, the SWOT strategic matrix was prepared. In the next step, using the strategies prioritization model, strategies will be prioritized to improve the status of Mallard City's development strategy indicators. Finally, in the form of ۱۰ basic strategies, the development of Mallard city is formulated in a sustainable way.
