Abstract:

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of depersonalization on the performance of the employees of the Justice Department (Case study: Employees of the Justice Department of Alborz Province). The research method is a descriptive-analytic type that is based on the structural equation model. . The community consists of ۷۲۸ administrative and judicial staffs of the entire Alborz province. For example, ۲۵۲ of them were selected by stratified random sampling method. The measurement tool in this study is a questionnaire.The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were assessed to determine the appropriateness of the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. Also, to determine the reliability of the questionnaire, Cronbach's alpha method was used, and the Cronbach's alpha coefficient for it was equal to ۸۴۵/۰. Therefore, accuracy and accuracy The tool was approved. The results showed that the depersonalization of the person does not affect the performance of the judiciary staff.
