Abstract:

ایران در سه دهه گذشته تحولات جمعیتی چشم گیری را تجربه کرده است. نرخ باروری از ۷ فرزند در سال­های دهه ۱۳۶۰، به ۱.۸ فرزند در سال ۱۳۹۰ و بر اساس داده های سرشماری ۱۳۹۵، به ۲ فرزند رسید؛ به طوری که تحولات باروری ایران به سریع ترین کاهش باروری در جهان تعبیر شده است. در این مقاله سعی شده است تا با استفاده از رویکرد پویایی سیستم، با دیدی چندبعدی و غیرخطی، فرایندهای جمعیتی در ارتباط با زیرسیستم­های اقتصادی-اجتماعی با هدف شناخت عمیق تر پیچیدگی های جمعیتی و فهم علل تحولات رخ داده، بررسی شود. شبیه سازی مدل از سال ۱۳۶۱ آغاز و تا سال ۱۴۲۵ ادامه می­یابد. زیرسیستم جمعیت از ۴ گروه سنی تشکیل شده است و متغیرهای باروری و امید زندگی به صورت درون­زا در مدل استفاده شدند. ضریب تعیین مدل برای متغیرهای کلیدی بیش از ۸۰ درصد به دست آمد. یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد در دو سناریوی شرایط رضایت­بخش و ایده آل، باروری تا سال ۱۴۲۵ هرگز کمتر از ۱.۷۵ فرزند نخواهد بود. بنابر نتایج شبیه سازی سناریوهای مختلف، آثار اغلب سیاست های اعمالی بعد از چند سال به طور کامل نمایان می شود. همچنین با گذشت زمان از آثار سیاست ها کاسته خواهد شد، درنتیجه برای تاثیرگذاری بیشتر باید بسته های سیاستی به روز شوند.
