Breast cancer; overview and presented silymarin as well-potential as a treatment

Breast cancer is one of the most cancers in females. Also, nowadays its rate gets higher and especially modern lifestyle affected that. Studies demonstrate breast cancer affects family members, especially children. We overview breast cancer then indicate that current treatments were not efficient as acceptable in society and also they have varied of side effects. Studies have shown that silymarin, a flavonoid extract of Silybum marianum, may have a good effect on breast cancer and make a promising feature for treatment. In this study, we try to provide a comprehensive overview of the inhibitory effect of silymarin on breast cancer, along with its mechanism of action.
