خلاصه مقاله:
The ZnO nanorods were synthesized via thermal decomposition method. The nanorods were investigated by X-ray diffraction spectra (XRD), UV absorption spectroscopy, photoluminescence spectroscopy (PL), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results shown that the average size of nanorods is 25.4 nm and crystalline structure is hexagonal wurtzite. Moreover the optical properties of nanorodswere investigated. The following parameters were analyzed, absorption coefficient, extinction coefficient, threshold wavelength, dielectric constants and urbach energy
