Abstract:

Objective: The present study was performed on a healthy population. For this reason, single nucleotide polymorphism of interferon gamma gene at position and interferon gamma Receptor at position assessed in Healthy population. Methods: The selected fifty study cases that was Healthy population were included in this investigation. The Healthy population group which contains ۵۰ samples. The single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) in IFN-γ gene +۲۱۰۹, ۶۷۰ bp and IFN-γ receptor ۱, -۵۶, ۳۶۶ bp were performed using specific primer and the PCR products digested using restriction enzyme Fau I and Bts I. Statistical analyses were used to obtain the frequency of alleles among all studied cases. T-test were calculated using SPSS and Graph Pad prism software. Result: In overall, the most frequent genotype in Healthy population group was AA (۴۱/۵۰;۸۲%) in position +۲۱۰۹ (p = ۰.۴۶). Although, in position -۵۶ the most frequent genotype ingroup Healthy population was TT (۳۵/۵۰; ۷۰%). The frequency of allele A was more than Tallele in Healthy population. Conclusion: Evolution of gene polymorphism in +۲۱۰۹ was not significant although maindifferences was seen in interferon gamma R۱ at position (-۵۶).
