Abstract:

Colony Collapse Disorder is a mysterious phenomenon in which worker bees suddenly disappear from their hives. The aim of this study was to investigate the prevalence ofCCD and its relationship with bee infection in neonatal species in Estahban apiaries. In the present study, from April to October ۱۴۰۰, cross-sectional sampling was performedrandomly for ۶ months from ۱۰ beehives in Estahban city by cluster sampling method and samples of adult bees to determine the contamination. Nosema species were tested by PCR and wet slide The data were analyzed by chi-square test using SPSS software version ۲۱ and in all analyzes as a significant level. ۲۸% of the samples in wet slide method and ۴۱% of samples in PCR method were infected with Nozma serana and based on the results (p <۰.۰۵) were significant. Was not.
