Abstract:
The purpose of the study was to present a view of problems of quality assurance/management system in university education in the field of education and research.Design/methodology/approach: In the paper there was presented an approach to quality management system in the education and associated requirements and purposes.Findings: The paper presents problems of implementation and functioning of quality assurance/management system based on legal requirements obligatory in Poland, either on standard ISO 9001:2000 and guide IWA 2:2007. Research limitations/implications: The article presents problems of implementations and functioning of quality assurance/management systems in the education.
