Abstract:

سازمان ها بازیگران اصلی نوآوری هستند و اقدامات آنها به شدت تحت تاثیر تامین مالی در دسترسشان است بنابراین نظام مالی و حاکمیت شرکتی کشور عنصری کلیدی درنظام ملی نوآوری به حساب می آید چارچوبهای فناوری بخشها و زیربخشهای اقتصاد به لحاظ میزان این تاثیر متفاوت هستند نظام های تامین مالی و حاکمیت شرکتی نیز دربین کشورهای مختلف از حیث پاسخگویی به این تقاضا متفاوت اند نظام تامین مالی و حاکمیت شرکتی دارای سه بعد تامین مالی تخصصی و فشار مالکان برای ارزش افزوده بالاتر درحوزه های با نوآوری های بنیادین و سریع میزان استقلال مدیران مالکان تامین کنندگان منابع مالی و میزان دخالت ذینفعان است ابعاد چارچوب فناوری نیز دارای سه بعد میزان سرعت ازدست رفتن شایستگی و نیازبه تجدید ساختار سازمان سرعت بازده نوآوری و انتشار دو جانبهنوآوری می باشد دراین مقاله قصد داریم نظام تامین مالی متفاوت کشورها را از این سه بعد بررسی نموده و نسبت ان را با سه بعد نظام ملی فناوری و نوآوری ذکر شده بررسی نماییم درانتهاب مقاله نیز یک جمع بندی از بهترین حالات ممکن از این ترکیب بندی ارایه می شود.
