خلاصه مقاله:
Communication is the source of society culture and evolution as human can transfer their skill and knowledge to others by it. It’s lack will have irretrievable effect and a phenomenon is called communication apprehension could have bad effects on interpersonal relationships in both workplace and employee’s efficiency. It can disrupt organizational communication flow. Drawing upon the social exchange theory, the aims of this study is to study the organizational communication apprehension with attention to the organizational political climate and organizational justice. Therefore, it is examined among branches of a governmental bank in Iran with ۳۲۰ sample size. The finding support the impact of organizational political climate on communication apprehension. But organizational justice doesn’t have moderating effect on relationship between organizational political climate and communication apprehension. But organizational justice have positive relationship with meeting and interactive communicationapprehension .Furthermore, the level of communication apprehension among employees is higher than mangers. With attention the results, management should notice to the perception of their employees from organizational political climate and organizational justice. It can reduce the level of communication apprehension among employees. This research has implications for approaches to human resource management in organizations .
