One of the most important factors in the progress or lack of progress of any environment is management and planning for it. In any organization, company or factory, its manpower is one of the most important assets. Therefore, planning to better manage this capital is one of the requirements of management. To this end, we decided to examine the impact of knowledge management on human resource management and planning in units and industrial environments. The research method of this article is library type which was done by using related sources and books. Finally, after research and studies, we concluded that organizations need to present it as a valuable, well-known resource and mechanism for exploiting the awareness, collective insight and skills of employees, dynamic and creative organizations should be able to Continuously rebuild their knowledge bases and develop their capacity to absorb new knowledge. We must prioritize knowledge at all organizational and work processes, systems, procedures, and indeed all processes that increase efficiency and effectiveness and overall productivity.
