Abstract:

Human resource plays a vital role as one of the elements of growth, development, survival and social capital of each organization and as any an essential element of the organization in the framework of the group and organizational activities and has a key role in the progress of missions, goals, policies, and strategies of organization. Attention to specifications of personnel and proportion of strategies of organization with them also cause progress of organizational goals. In this research, Armstrong human resource pattern was used in five dimensions of human resource management, human resource development, reward management, Employee relationship management and performance management. Strategies of each dimension were confirmed through exploratory studies and experts’ view and finally the final questionnaire was tested in Kurdistan Province Gas Company. The present research investigated the effects of demographic specifications of age, gender, education level, Work Experience and type of employment on human resource strategies. Results indicated that gender and working experience were not effective on human resource strategies and these specifications have the highest effect on dimensions of reward management and performance management.
