خلاصه مقاله:
The magnetic molecularly imprinted polymers had been synthesized for the selective extraction and trace bisphenols from Environment and wastewater samples. The magnetic molecularly imprinted polymers were prepared by means of suspension polymerization, using Fe۳O۴ as magnetically component, ۴-methylimidazole as template molecule, methacrylic acid as functional monomers, and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as a crosslinker, initiated by ۲,۲۰–azobisisobutyronitrile. The obtained magnetic molecularly imprinted polymers were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared. Under the optimized conditions, the MSPE was coupled with HPLC-MS to sensitively quantify trance levels of bisphenols (BPs) in environmental water. The developed method revealed satisfactory precision with low limits of detection ۰.۰۲۶–۰.۰۳۳ μg L-۱, good linearity (R۲ ≥ ۰.۹۹۹۴) and satisfactory recoveries (۹۲.۴۱–۱۰۵.۱۳%) The prepared magnetic molecularly imprinted polymers could be applied to selectively preconcentrate and determine bisphenols with HPLC-MS in water samples.
