If all management, office and field personnel do their job at the highest level, mapping is still a tool to measure all of them, and in case of errors and increases in the wrong level, all of them are incorrect from the point of view of mapping. They observe, so it must always be maintained in the highest degree of accuracy and precision. By calculating the impact of factors that cause errors due to non-compliance with safety issues in mapping work, and by accumulating these factors and their impact, despite observing all the rules and technical conditions, the work still has more errors than allowed and in Finally, by discovering the risk factors and their examples and offering appropriate solutions to reduce or eliminate them, we try to prevent mistakes and financial and human losses in engineering projects.
