Study of Effective factors on Empowerment of Rural women, Studied in Dashtak rural district of Rostam eparchy of Fars province

This article examines the factors affecting the empowerment of rural women in Dashtak rural district of the central district of Rostam city in Fars province, and its relationship with localdevelopment. In this article, grounded theory method and techniques of rural participatory evaluation, semi-structured interview, observation and walking in the field and group discussion are used , and using the snowball method to select statistical samples up to the theoretical saturation stage (in the twenty-fourth person) in the data and After analyzing the data collected in the field through coding (open, axial and selective) by selecting the central category of "empowerment of rural women", has attempted to extract the factors of women's empowerment based on the data collected from the field. Then, according to the data analysis based on the principles governing the grounded theory method, the empowerment factors of women in the study area were presented as follows: Training and capacity building; Financial facilities and loans; Raising the standard of living of women; And social factors such as the creation of women's political organizations, and the cooperation of rural management with women. Finally, the role of empowerment of rural women in local development was stated.
