Abstract:
Knowledge management is a new branch of science that has received much attention from industry and government. The goal of knowledge management is to simplify the exchange, production, collaboration, and use of helpful information of individuals and organizations. Knowledge management will be critical to transferring intimate knowledge into organizational knowledge as we go toward knowledge organizations. Artificial intelligence, which many knowledge management practitioners and theorists neglect, is one of the main building elements for creating and improving this knowledge management discipline. Machine learning allows Artificial Intelligence to collect, analyze, and utilize information to complete tasks and uncover the knowledge provided to people to better decision-making. AI plays a significant role in knowledge delivery in a digital company by upgrading how knowledge is delivered to the people who need it. The application of artificial intelligence in knowledge management processes in businesses will be discussed in this study.
