خلاصه مقاله:
The present study was to determine the effect of eight weeks of combination training on some indicators of muscle damage, inflammation and antioxidants in addicted women. Therefore, in a quasi-experimental research project, among addicted women with a mean age of ۲۸.۳۴ ± ۶.۷ years, a weight of ۶۲.۰۶ ± ۱۰.۲۴ and a body mass index of ۲۴.۱۰ ± ۲.۹۳ from an addiction treatment camp, ۱۶ They were voluntarily selected and randomly assigned to combined exercise and control groups. Blood samples were taken before and after the training protocol. Shapiro-Wilk test was used to examine the natural distribution of data and independent and correlated t-test was used for comparison between groups and within groups at a significant level of α <۰.۰۵. There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of muscle and antioxidant damage (P <۰.۰۵). And TAC values in the training group were not significant to the control group (P <۰.۰۵). Combining combined exercises increases antioxidant capacity in addicted women, so combined exercises can be used as a treatment strategy for these people.
