Abstract:

The coronavirus pandemic has disturbed a vast variety of activities including doing exercise. Physical activities play a vital role in community health which is limited during this worldwide crisis. The pandemic not only disturbs physical activities but also affects mental health by increasing fear, stress, and depression. This manuscript presents a multipurpose home practice to compensate for both muscular and respiratory weakness due to the lack of exercise, and it also seeks to reduce the mental effects of pervasive illness by practicing yoga. Although their separate effect has been investigated for many years, simultaneous application of three methods needs to be considered. Since the result of each method is effective separately, a mix of these methods is highly beneficial to people who have a sedentary lifestyle during the quarantine.
